Job Description

• Answering all incoming phone calls on the official lines of the company.
•   Reply to emails and give responses on all social media platforms.
• Help and assist customers and prospects with complaints and questions via calls, email, and social media.
• Give customers and prospects detailed information about the products.
• Attend to walk-in clients and provide all the required assistance needed.
•   Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Meet sales targets by following up on leads and closing deals.
• Assist in any capacity required in relating to the company’s clients and prospects.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc in any field.
• Minimum of three years experience as a Customer Care Representative.
• Experience as a salesperson is vital.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
