Job Description

• As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our insurance products.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer retention.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
