Experienced Eatery / Restaurant Supervisor at Sunrise Universal Integrated

Sunrise is a subsidiary of Bond Group of Companies situated in badan, Oyo State with business interest in supermarket, pharmacy, eatery and arcade.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Eatery / Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Akala Way, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back office operations including cooks, bakers and customer service staff.
• Ensure customers receive warm welcome and exceptional customer services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations.
• Ensure the restaurant’s environment meet maximum standard requirements in terms of display of items to encourage customer purchases
• Carry out regular monitoring of production materials and staff to avoid wastages.
• Monitor all operations equipment to avoid any brake down,
• Carry out regular stock/inventory reconciliation to avoid stock out.
• Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e cash and electronics payment to ensure correctness of all transactions.
• Drive all subordinates to ensure exceptional customer services.

Academic Qualifications and Skills

• OND or HND in Food and Beverages, Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in eatery/restaurant or hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of foods.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Creative and Innovative mind.
• Ability to proactively meet demands and pressure of customers.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.
