We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Backend Development Engineer (Biller l Fund)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Drive the integration and alignment of banking and Biller channels, standardizing business processes.
• Lead the backend development team, assigning tasks, and elevating technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with the product team to assess channel capabilities and facilitate communication.
• Coordinate with the testing team for product testing, deployment, and continuous monitoring and enhancement of integrated channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience in Fintech or Biller-type businesses, with channel integration expertise.
• Proficiency in Java, including multi-threading techniques, and familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with at least one relational database, preferably MySQL, with strong SQL logic implementation and optimization skills.
• Familiarity with RocketMQ and Elastic Job for message middleware and job scheduling.
• Knowledge of at least one RPC calling framework, with preference for FeignClient and familiarity with GRPC.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills, adept at applying common design patterns and principles to solve complex problems.
