Halcom Management Services (HMS) - Our client, an international standard, multi-speciality, acute hospital located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynaecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Job Title: Pharmacy Stock Receiving Clerk

Summary of Responsibilities

• We are seeking application from suitably and experienced person to work as part of the team to receive incoming stock from suppliers, checking accuracy, discrepancies damages etc., processing orders and capturing onto computer., follow-up of short deliveries.
• Transferring stock from receiving point to determined Pharmacy stock location and packing neatly and tidily. 

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess WASSCE / SSCE or equivalent
• Previous experience in a private hospital would be advantageous
• Knowledge on ethical, patent and surgical products would advantageous
• Computer literate, accurate attention to detail
• Knowledge on SAP operating system and CKS would be advantageous 
• Good organisational and administration skills
• Customer-orientated with a strong sense of service, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Participative and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to engage various stakeholders and must be able to deliver exceptional customer service
