Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Job Title: Deputy Nursing Director

Summary of Responsibilities

• Assisting the Nursing Director to manage the Nursing functions for the Hospital, ensuring that all required nursing processes and standards are maintained, and that the objectives are met by the nursing staff.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in General Nursing
• Diploma in Midwifery
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing Administration and Nursing education (advantage)
• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Registered Nurses and Midwife Association of Nigeria
• Minimum 2 years in a Line Management or Leadership position
• Minimum 5 years’ private hospital experience (not obligatory by preferred)
• Computer Literate
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Mature and professional attitude
• Acceptance of responsibility and accountability for position and decisions made
