Halcom Management Services (HMS) - Our client, an international standard, multi-speciality, acute hospital located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynaecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Job Title: Pharmacy Stock Clerk

Summary of Responsibilities

• We are seeking applications from Suitably experienced person to work as part of the team ensuring accurate processing and control of surgical products between wards and pharmacy, in accordance with policies and procedures as determined by management and audit requirements.
• The pharmacy stores clerk will report to the senior pharmacist.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an WASSCE/SSCE or equivalent
• Previous experience in a private hospital would be advantageous
• Knowledge on ethical, patent and surgical products would advantageous
• Computer literate, accurate attention to detail
• Knowledge of I.S.H.Med operating system and CKS would be advantageous 
• Good organisational and administration skills
• Customer-orientated with a strong sense of service, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Participative and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to engage various stakeholders and must be able to deliver exceptional customer service
