Halcom Management Services (HMS) - Our client, an international standard, multi-speciality, acute hospital located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynaecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Skilled and professional staff form the foundation of a well-run hospital. The hospital will provide up-to-date facilities and services allowing our medical professionals to work efficiently and effectively.

Job Title: Case Manager

Summary of Responsibilities

• A suitably qualified, customer-focussed case manager to provide case management services in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• The position encompasses the daily management of patient accounts whilst working as part of a team.

Job Requirements

• WASSCE / SSCE / Matric or equivalent
• Appropriate medical training (either Enrolled Nurse, Professional Nurse or similar)
• Nursing Council receipt and ICD / CPT Coding is a pre-requisite
• Nursing Council Registration appropriate to relevant Medical Qualification an advantage
• 5 years experience as an Enrolled or Professional Nurse and at least 2 years as a Case Manager
• Customer-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage various stakeholders and must be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
