Halcom Management Services (HMS) - Our client, an international standard, multi-speciality, acute hospital located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynaecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Skilled and professional staff form the foundation of a well-run hospital. The hospital will provide up-to-date facilities and services allowing our medical professionals to work efficiently and effectively.

Summary of Responsibilities

• We are seeking to employ suitably qualified, customer-orientated person to provide timeous, efficient response to requests for maintenance.
• Must provide an efficient and detailed preventative maintenance programme and keep accurate records of all maintenance completed

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess an WASSCE/SSCE or equivalent
• Must be in possession of a suitable qualification, be registered with the relevant department and should have at least 2 years’ CA artisan experience
• 2 years’ experience as a handyman/artisan in a healthcare setting
• Self-motivated and able to work alone
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
