Halcom Management Services (HMS) - Our client, an international standard, multi-speciality, acute hospital located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynaecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Skilled and professional staff form the foundation of a well-run hospital. Summary of Responsibilities

• We are seeking to emloy suitably qualified Maintenance Assistant responsible for undertaking a variety of general maintenance tasks, efficiently and to a high standard, working both as a member of a team or alone.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance completed.
• Provide basic maintenance assistance.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess WASSCE/SSCE or equivalent
• Relevant certificate/training or 1 – 3 years previous work experience in the position preferably in healthcare or health services.
• Previous general maintenance experience in a hospital environment would be an advantage
• Computer literacy an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under strict supervision.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to engage various stakeholders and must be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
