Halcom Management Services (HMS) - Our client, an international standard, multi-speciality, acute hospital located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Skilled and professional staff form the foundation of a well-run hospital. The hospital will provide up-to-date facilities and services allowing our medical professionals to work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all Human Resources related policies, procedures and standards of practice are in place, are current and adhered to.
• Recruiting, orientating, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Payroll management.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management 
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years proven leadership and management experience in a Human Resources Management role.
• Computer literacy 
• Current knowledge and application of labour and labour related legislative frameworks
• Understanding of legislative framework associated to Healthcare 
• Understanding of resourcing models within broader healthcare industry
