Halcom Management Services (HMS) - Our client, an international standard, multi-speciality, acute hospital located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynaecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Skilled and professional staff form the foundation of a well-run hospital. The hospital will provide up-to-date facilities and services allowing our medical professionals to work efficiently and effectively.

Summary of Responsibilities

• To ensure the provision of efficient support services to functional departments that enhances the standards and service quality of the hospital

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an WASSCE/SSCE/or equivalent
• Relevant degree, diploma or other qualification
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in the health care environment is essential 
• Basic understanding of Infection Prevention Principles 
• Strong leadership qualities and mentoring skills 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to maintain an effective stock control system 
• Commitment to initiate and implement continuous improvement projects 
• Good MS Office computer skills
