Halcom Management Services (HMS) - Our client, an international standard, multi-speciality, acute hospital located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynaecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Skilled and professional staff form the foundation of a well-run hospital. Job Title: Receptionist (Individual Departments)

Department: Finance and Administration

Summary of Responsibilities

• Patient liaison and customer care, appointment scheduling, filing, patient account management, credit control, stock control and management, ordering and receipt of stock, equipment maintenance scheduling.

Job Requirements

• WASSCE / SSCE or equivalent
• University / College Degree is an asset
• Familiarity with telephone systems
• Computer literate. Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
• Excellent communication skills, telephonic, written and verbal in English scheduling,
• Patient-centered and customer service-orientated.
• Good time management, and organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Pays attention to detail
• Professionalism with a focus on quality
• Flexibility.
