Job Description

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of the e-commerce business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients and businesses within the real estate and lifestyle & hospitality sectors that’s interested in the brand’s investment and hospitality products and services.
  • Conduct outreach and lead generation activities to acquire new customers.
  • Present the brand’s solutions and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Customize sales presentations to address the unique needs and objectives of each client.
  • Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Continuously work towards expanding the client portfolio and revenue streams.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and achievements.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and follow-up requests promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Share insights and feedback with the product development and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales roles within the e-commerce, real estate, hospitality industries
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of real estate and hospitality market trends, property types, and guest preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Salary
N250,000 / month.
