About the job

• Deeply participate in the recruitment projects not only in Nigeria but also in other countries and independently undertake some sections of the projects
• Responsible for the daily operation of the recruitment projects, process and optimize the process, link and data
• Deeply communicate and match the needs of various business departments to improve recruitment efficiency and satisfaction
• Participate in employer brand planning and construction, and provide Idea and landing support for various activities
• Daily transactional operations of the department.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
• Recruitment experience in digital advertisement or related international companies such as Eskimi, Hippo or Audio mack etc. are preferred
• Good at communication and coordination, good teamwork ability.
