Job Title: Aesthetics Assistant

Location: Lagos

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
• Report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.
• Perform all approved aesthetic procedures with extra care and professionalism.
• Take responsibility in delivering personal attention to meet client expectation.
• Handle all work equipment with extreme carefulness.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and patient servicing skills.
• Work with the entire team (including management) to improve systems and procedures in order to enhance the client experience and achieve the company goals.
• Maintain and follow all safety procedures as outlined by the company.
• Assists other team members as needed and performs all other related duties as assigned.

Role-Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for performing aesthetic
procedures such as:

• Treatment consultation.
• EMS therapy (Electronic Muscle Simulation).
• Vacuum BBL Therapy.
• Cavitation.
• Basic Manicure & Pedicure.
• Facials.
• Hair removal (waxing).

Skills and Abilities

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills (in English).
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle difficult clients.
• Must have a very good hands-on ability to perform treatments.
• The position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Should be client service driven with ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Salary
N80,000 - N110,000 monthly.
