Job Description

• Project Planning and Conceptualization: Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define project objectives and feasibility. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Architectural Design and Development: Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing project budgets and timelines. Monitor project costs and make design adjustments to stay within budget.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work with engineers, contractors, interior designers, and other professionals. Ensure architectural design integrates seamlessly with the project plan.
• Quality Control and Construction Oversight: Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications. Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Client Communication and Feedback: Communicate project progress and challenges to clients and stakeholders. Incorporate client feedback into the design process.
• Sustainability and Environmental Considerations: Integrate sustainable design principles and environmentally friendly materials when applicable.
• Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address design-related challenges.
