Job Summary

• In this position, you'll steer our different brand identities, amplifying their presence and fostering growth across our enterprises.
• We're on the lookout for a seasoned marketing professional with rich experience in formulating dynamic strategies, crafting compelling marketing collateral for conferences and events, curating web content, managing PR campaigns and inspiring a budding team to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Branding & Positioning: Develop and maintain our brand strategy, ensuring unwavering branding consistency across all marketing and public relations channels.
• Digital Presence: Oversee and optimize our online presence, which includes website/app content updates and adept management of our corporate LinkedIn profiles.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and expand a close-knit marketing team, emphasizing timely project delivery and pinnacle quality standards.
• Marketing Collateral for Conferences and Events: Spearheaded the design and distribution of exceptional marketing materials for industry conferences, exhibitions, and events, showcasing our premier offerings to an international audience.
• Content Development: Craft top-tier content for diverse channels, ensuring seamless alignment with our ethos and brand voice.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry shifts, competitor manoeuvres, and customer preferences to guide our strategic marketing endeavours.
• Public Relations: Develop, implement, and manage public relations campaigns that promote and uphold our brand reputation and image in the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years in an advanced marketing role, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
• Demonstrable skills in team leadership and management.
• Adeptness in utilizing digital marketing tools, especially content management systems and LinkedIn.
• Stellar communication capabilities, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in producing high-calibre marketing materials for diverse events.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
