Job Description
Partner with the best:

• As an AMO Mechanic Master, you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of mechanical assemblies.
• Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction.
• You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.

Responsibilities
As an AMO Mechanic Master, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining assigned trucks, ships, and related surface cabin equipment in accordance with operating specifications.
• Welding, paints and refurbishes equipment.
• Conducting mechanical inspections. May use moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
• Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.
• Analyzing and interpret data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Maintaining records. Schedules maintenance of equipment.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Technical Diploma and 9 year’s maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function
• Have at 9 years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function or minimum 9 years relevant industrial experience(airline, military, oilfield, automotive, electronic).
• Have electrical experience on 3 Phase 480 and single Phase 120v.
• Be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
• Have extensive knowledge and expertise on hydraulic circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults. Proficient in the use of multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers and other basic instruments. Advanced level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex technical problems.
