We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Officer
Location: Akala Way, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary of Responsibilities
- Carry out basic maintenance and repair on the building, equipment, and systems to avoid disruption of services/operations.
- Tracking of faults and ensuring they are fixed within a reasonable time frame.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on all equipment at the Mall.
- Carry out installation and maintenance.
- Monitor energy consumption and keep a record of the same for tracking purposes.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and incidents.
- Monitor and ensure customer/staff compliance with safety and security regulations at the Mall.
Academic Qualification and Skills
- HND / BSc in Electrical / Mechanical or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in same capacity.
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask
- Attention to details and sociable personality.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
