Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Representative

Location: Lagos and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Monitor sales & distribution of all company products.
• Regular update of customer database and performance records of products sold to customers.
• Generate demand for and marketing of all company’s products.
• Collection of cheque payments from customers and lodgment of same.
• Public relations and after-sales service
• Achieve monthly sales target
• Achieve daily call rates to customer
• Sustainability and growth of existing customers
• Reporting of sales itinerary and territorial mapping

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 years work experience.
