We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Processing orders from merchants delegated to him/her.
• Give timely reports of all activities like breakdowns (Daily), order updates (Daily).

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Can speak good and fluent English.
• Can work under pressure.
• Can do basic calculations (Maths).
• Has good customer service/communication skills.
• Is a good team player.
• Living around Maryland, Obanikoro, Palm Groove, Bariga, Ilaje, Gbagada, Onipan, Sabo, Outer Surulere, Ojota, Alapere, Ketu, Anthony, Oshodi an it's environs is an advantage.

Conditions
Working Hours:

• 8am to 5pm (Mondays to Fridays).
• 9am to 3pm on Saturdays. With one Saturday off in a month.

Remuneration:

• 1st month of probation is N50,000. From the 2nd month after confirmation is N60,000.
