Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Awoyaya - Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to various operational departments, such as production, logistics, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and plans that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
• Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgets, personnel, and equipment, to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee and collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration between departments.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align operational strategies with overall corporate strategies.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions.
• Oversee the supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, to optimize inventory and minimize lead times.
• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure product or service quality meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Generate regular reports on operational performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, including team leadership and change management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
