We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fashion Production Officer

Location: Ikosi Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
• Responsible for purchasing and scheduling maintenance of equipments with vendors
• Implement workflow policies while reducing expenses and increasing productivity without compromising product safety or integrity
• Overseeing procurement and inventory teams to ensure effective and efficient output.
• Creating production schedules, breakdowns and reports
• Interface between the Production Team and the Operations Team to ensure production and fulfilment of client requests & projects accurately.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnels
• Ensure output meets quality standards at all times.

Competences

• Proactive with problem solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in fashion technical skill like sewing or pattern drafting
• Sound knowledge of fabrics
• Physically fit
• Ability to grow with the organisation and take on increased responsibility as earned.
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and empathy
• Excellent organisational and follow through skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Result - Oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to do this job with great focus for at least two years.
