Description
As an Experienced Marketer at Ehi-Kings Real Estate, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and listings.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a marketer in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adept at using digital marketing tools and platforms.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Results-oriented and target-driven.
