We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Take store inventory and keep records of all school facilities and equipment, including building and all is therein.
• Monitor facility usage, operations and equipment maintenance
• Receive and keep stock and record of all materials and equipment bought for the school.
• Release materials/ equipment meant for maintenance and installation to the maintenance officer and follow up to ensure released are judiciously utilized and properly installed.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in the buildings.
• Develop a schedule for regular evaluation of facilities.
• Take periodic stock of materials and equipment and advise management accordingly.
• Submit report of the position of the facilities in the school which will include stock position of all the materials meant for maintenance. This should be done fortnightly.
• Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning well.
• Create a maintenance plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as Facility Manager preferably in a leading educational environment.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in Degree in Estate or property management.
• Ability to function in a challenging environment.
• Computer skills are compulsory.
• Ability to lead with organization skills.
