We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to clients, seek prospective clients, and manage existing and new clients
• Ensure the Showroom and all display items are neat and tidy at all times.
• Assist the clients in the process of product selection
• Take clients' orders and provide customers with samples and product information on available products
• Ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Recommend products and designs to customers based on customers’ needs and interests.
• Keep showroom in order; stocked with samples and resource materials.
• Follow-up with customers

Qualifications

• HND / BSc. in Marketing, or a related field
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good writing and verbal skills
• Good understanding of sales and customer service
