We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Services Officer

Locations: Owerri - Imo or Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Customer communication.
• Using IT,organization and time management tools to find and handle cases.
• Apply confidentiality when handle customer data and information
• Monitor, Identify, update and report on customer cases and status.
• Provide accurate information forcustomer on use of products and services.
• Educate customers on new products and services.
• Document,userecords and logs effectively.
• Identify and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
• Maintainquality standard.
• Follow through on customer queries with timely responses
• Ensuring prompt resolution and feedback.
• Train and keep ahead of current information
• Relay timely information.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Do not apply if you are entry level unless you have the relevant skills.
