Job Title: Relationship / Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Real Estate company to recruit talented Relationship/ Business Development Executive Manager with good customer acquisition, Management and retention skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationship with clients to promote, and engage the Organisation’s real Estate products.
  • Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
  • Generate sales leads to expand the customer base.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practice.
  • Achieve established performance target within the specific time frame.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new services.
  • Build referral and lead generation network.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Management/ Sales or other relevant field
  • Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
  • Market research experience
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Friendly, approachable and intelligent personality
