Job Title: Network Monitoring Centre - Team Lead

Job Summary
As a Lead, you'll be responsible for:

• Proffering innovative solutions to various network problems and ensuring that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
• Implementing and evaluating the working of systems/applications/networks and staying abreast of new technologies emerging in the industry.
• Providing supervision of all first-level active and passive on-site and off-site technical support for all ipNX infrastructure, including fibre backbone, FTTx, wireless networks, and inside and outside plant infrastructure, among others.
• Consistently providing high-quality customer service and support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The role can include being responsible for informing Management, partners, and peers about service performance and service availability, primarily dealing with customers, Co-lo providers, engineers, and the whole technical team, ensuring maximum possible service availability and performance.

Requirments

• Holding a degree and having a technical background will be required to gain a Network Monitoring Centre- Team Lead.
• Degrees in the following subjects can be included: Computer science/Computer software/computer systems engineering/Electrical/electronic engineering/Network security management.
• Must have 3-6 years experience
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is desirable.
• An analytical mind.
• Strong telecommunications, IP design skills, & in-depth knowledge of IP Network, and understanding of iTIL v4 service management.
• Good time management skills.
• An ability to follow processes.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
• A hands-on experience with the following is a must: Routing, Switching and GPON Technology, 3 – 6 years of work experience.
• Experience with Wired, Wireless Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint technologies is desirable.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month.
