Job Title: Process Technician

Main Purpose of the Job

• Process Technicians monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
• They are generally responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine parameters, testing batch quality, and reporting equipment malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring the production machines and equipment
• Testing product quality and maintaining a documentation of the same
• Ensuring smooth functioning of all the production processes
• Inspecting and identifying machine faults and errors
• Maintaining and updating production logbooks
• Reporting any faults in the process to the Production Supervisor
• Ensuring that the production area is safe and clean at all times
• Reviewing and adjusting machine parameters
• Offering technical support to the team members whenever required
• Using statistical tools and software to analyze process data
• Keeping a track of the process supplies and resources
• Ensuring compliance to the safety and health standards at all times.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 5-6 years’ experience in similar fields
• Experience in Maintenance of Process and Packaging
• Excellent technical and mechanical skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent physical and mental stamina
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
• Ability to work for long hours and in extreme weather conditions
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to offer excellent customer service.
