Requirements
- B. Sc. or M.Sc. or PhD in Health Information Management or Health Records and Statistics.
- ND/HND in Health Information Management or Health Records and Biostatistics plus PGD in Health Information Management.
- PGDE in the related area of specialization plus B. Sc., M.Sc. or PhD in any of Statistics, Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Hospital or Health Service Management, Computer Science, Anatomy & Physiology, Public Health (Epidemiology Option) or Health Informatics.
- Evidence of registration with the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria.
