Job Title: Auxiliary Nurse
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head Nurse
Job Purpose
- As a Nurse at Lifeshade Hospital, you will provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status and administer treatments and medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health-related topics and self-care strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
- Auxiliary Nursing Experience with recommendations
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
