Job Description

  • As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our bespoke shoes and building lasting relationships with customers.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their footwear needs and preferences, providing tailored advice and product information.
  • Sales Generation: Actively promote our bespoke shoe offerings, driving sales through both in-person and online channels.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service before and after the sale.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product range, materials, and customization options to effectively guide customers in their selections.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt your sales strategies accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to provide feedback on customer preferences and trends, helping to shape future product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred with 2-5 years experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of bespoke and made-to-order products is a plus.
