Job Title: Operations Officer (FMCG)

Locations: Surulere and Abraham Adesanya - Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking to engage an Operations Officer for our branch in Surulere, Lagos to increase the efficiency and profitability of our operations. In this role, your duties will include reporting to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.
• Ensuring smooth running of day-to-day activities
• Monitoring adherence to policies and processes at the branch.
• Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives.
• Planning and managing projects and contributing to product innovation.
• Analyzing and maintaining operational data, and monitoring product inventories.

Reports:

• Weekly and monthly reports of the facility activities.
• Weekly log of complaints, response, cost accrued, and response time.

Requirements and Skills

• OND / HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Entrepreneurship or similar.
• Extensive experience in overseeing and coordinating daily operations of a business.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
• Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
• Experience with budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Knowledge of Report Writing.
