Job Description / Requirements

• We are a long-established Multi-Disciplinary management, financial, and investment consulting practice, seeking to strengthen our management and leadership structure to consolidate our market positioning for growth and profitability.
• We are seeking very experienced consulting professionals, with strong business development, and consulting, training management competencies in the following positions:
• Strong executive Search, HR Consulting, and Learning management competencies will be essential requirements, together with very strong business development skills.
• The appointees will have upwards of twelve, ten, and five years respectively for the senior consulting manager and senior executive positions respectively.
• The candidate for the Manager Outsourcing position will be responsible for the effective management of the firm's outsourcing business, maintaining client relationships, and the development of new outsourcing business.
• Suitable candidates will have upwards of ten years of senior-level HR experience and not less than five years of experience in a well-structured outsourcing company.
