Job Description

• We are a long-established Multi-Disciplinary management, financial, and investment consulting practice, seeking to strengthen our management and leadership structure to consolidate our market positioning for growth and profitability.
• The candidate for the Manager Outsourcing position will be responsible for the effective management of the firm's outsourcing business, maintaining client relationships, and the development of new outsourcing business.
• We are seeking very experienced consulting professionals, with strong business development, and consulting, training management competencies in this position.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees
• The appointees will have upwards of 10+ years experience
• Strong Executive Search, HR Consulting, and Learning management competencies will be essential requirements, together with very strong business development skills.
