Job Title: Senior Area Manager

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site Senior Area Manager role, located in Abuja.
• The Senior Area Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations within a given region.
• They will oversee the daily operations of their assigned locations, including sales and marketing, staff management and development, inventory management, and P&L management.
• The Senior Area Manager will also ensure that the QSRs meet or exceed the company's standards of dining experience, hygiene, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management or related industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in P&L management
• Experience in multi-unit management and franchising is a plus
• Fluency in English and at least one local language spoken in Nigeria is required.
