We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Shift Production Supervisor (Food and Beverages)
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Industry: Food and Beverages
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the amount of inventory on hand and ordering additional supplies if needed
- Reporting safety issues in the workplace to management immediately to ensure worker safety
- Monitoring the production process to ensure that it complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and federal regulations
- Training new employees on the job duties and safety procedures for their position
- Coordinating with other departments such as marketing or human resources regarding special projects or initiatives
- Scheduling overtime or hiring temporary staff members to meet production goals or handle seasonal workloads
- Managing employee performance to ensure that they are meeting standards and completing tasks in a timely manner.
Remunerations
- B.Sc / HND in any related field.
- Mininum of 2 years experience as production Supervisor in Food and beverages company is a must.
Remuneration
N200,000 Monthly.
