Job Summary

• The Executive Director reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. 
• The role incumbent is responsible for formulating and executing the Bank’s strategy across different banking market segments, in line with business objectives agreed by the Board of the Bank.

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate must have:

• A First Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or relevant field
• An MBA or relevant Master’s degree
• Relevant professional qualifications (CFA, CIS, ACA, FCA, etc.)
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ cognate experience in the financial services sector, with 10 successive years in a senior management capacity
• Relevant experience developing and driving the growth of new relationships with clients and strategic partners in the industry
• In-depth knowledge of local and global financial markets with proven expertise within the Investment Banking and Private Equity domains
• Sound appreciation of the working of Boards and Director-level representation in investee/ portfolio companies.
