Job Description

• As part of our commitment to delivering cutting-edge HR technology, we are seeking a talented Web Designer with experience in Odoo to join our team and contribute to the development of user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Design and Development: Design and create visually compelling and user-friendly web interfaces, including landing pages, microsites, and web applications, using Odoo's website builder and other relevant tools.
• Odoo Integration: Utilize your expertise in Odoo to seamlessly integrate web solutions with existing Odoo modules, ensuring a cohesive user experience and data synchronization.
• Responsive Design: Develop web designs that are responsive across various devices and browsers, delivering a consistent and engaging user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and content creators, to align web design with business objectives and project requirements.
• User Experience (UX): Prioritize user experience and implement best practices for navigation, accessibility, and functionality, ensuring an intuitive and enjoyable interaction with web applications.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing to identify and resolve any design or functionality issues, ensuring that the final product meets high-quality standards.
• Web Maintenance: Maintain and update existing web solutions, making improvements as needed to enhance performance and usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in web design and a strong portfolio of web projects.
• Proficiency in using Odoo's website builder to create and integrate web solutions
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest web design trends and technologies.
