Job Title: MED - SPA Manager (Female)

Job Responsibilities

• Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guests' experience.
• Develop and maintain adequate professional products program.
• Develop and maintain retail products program.
• Ensure all dealings with guests at the spa area to meet or exceed the company's operating standards.
• Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the operation of a Spa facility.
• Ensure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance with the company standards.
• Ensure the health and safety of guests and employee are paramount at all times.
• Ensure consistent spa experience development to ensure that innovation and uniqueness is maintained.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND certificate.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience
• Must have worked in a well known SPA.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
