Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, prepare and/or update management presentations and Board of Director reports as requested.
- Supervise the operation of Mkt.com. Work with the Regions to help ensure they provide accurate and complete data entry.
- Coordinate periodic upgrades to Mkt.com as required meeting the needs of the company.
- Marketing Representative Support - Provide support for Regional Marketing Representatives as required in all aspects of proposal submission and clarification.
- Publish on a regular basis (weekly and monthly) Market Reports that provide detailed information on the current state of the offshore vessel.
- Supervise the maintenance of our Contracts and CPC database, so Houston will have an electronic copy of all contracts that are executed and the financial basis on which the rates and fees were set.
- Training - Continually update computer software skills to better meet the needs of Management and the Regions
Qualification
- College Degree in the area of Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 10 years professional experience.
Special Requirement
- Valid Medicals, BOSIET, HUET.
