Job Description

• The Reps responsibility is to drive sales in the assigned area of coverage through effective use of all support assets provided by the business.
• The Rep is responsible for building and sustaining the mutually beneficial relationship between the business and its Retailer/dealers.
• Relationship building with Partners in the coverage area.
• Responsible for Sales drive through ensuring good stock availability as well as provision of all the needed sales enablers.
• Data collation and analysis for better store management.
• Coverage of assigned outlets
• Merchandizing and visibility drive in the stores to ensure improved brand visibility.
• Training deployment for better business progress - This includes training for both Products and soft-skills for better customer management. 
• Responsible for EDS performance 
• Management of all Channel activities deployed in coverage area – Master dealer program, Sub dealers’ program, Channel campaigns, Visibility drive ETC.
• Competition activity monitoring and reporting for necessary business action 
• Carry out any other Ad-hoc task that may be assigned in line with business requirement.

• 3 years of experience in Telecom with knowledge of retail management.
