Role / Job Expectations
- Expected to run and manage the estate facilities and provide efficient services to the residents.
Requirements
- Registered Estate Surveyor with a minimum of 8 years' facility management / relevant work experience in similar function.
- Managerial capability to coordinate and provide efficient services to residents of the Estate.
- A corporate firm is preferred but an experienced and qualified individual is also acceptable.
