Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee industrial conversion projects including project scoping, detailed design, installation, and onsite completion of projects.
- Manage client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction on all projects.
- Oversee the installation contractor, company employee resources and 3rd party sub-contractors performance of the installation and client acceptance of equipment and services.
- Provide budget analysis, labor planning and coordination of activities between client and company personnel.
- Procurement, installation support, compliance with NEC, on-going maintenance support, design, development of bid specifications, service agreements, system startups, and engineering, projects.
- Development of proposals for delivery to customers.
- Supervise contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Maintain appropriate utilization goals while meeting customer expectations.
- Be responsible for safety training.
- Assist in capital equipment requirements and upkeep, including calibration.
Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university with a focus in industrial electrical power systems.
Special Requirements:
- Valid Medicals, BOSIET, HUET
Experience:
- 6 years experience in industrial electrical power systems construction/installation.
