Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and Maintain Cash Flow, Debt Rating Model to ensure company’s overall financial objectives are met, financial structure is appropriate, and liquidity is ensured
- Model Competitor Finances to enable senior management to compare results and financial structures
- Research & evaluate Swap Strategies to minimize cost of capital expenses
- Research & evaluate financing methods to minimize cost of capital expenses
Function
- The individual will be responsible for managing the corporate finance function for the company. This will include bank and rating agency reporting, debt and swap portfolio analysis, modeling cash flows, and planning funding requirements.
- The position will require extensive internal and external communications with capital markets, banking, and accounting professionals
Qualification
- B.S. Accounting or Finance required.
Experiences
- 8 years experience in the oil and gas industry
