Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall in charge of the office, including crewing activities and administration.
- Maintain safety and quality records and audit reports.
- Training of Office staff in matters related to the Company´s QMS.
- Overview preparation of seminars.
- Follow up necessary internal/external training of office staff.
- Follow up contact with Trade Unions, Maritime Authorities, and Class Societies.
- Start up reports in Company's Improvement Reporting Information System (IRIS) whenever there are customer complaints / deviations / accidents where the crew have been involved, or reason for entering a suggestion for Improvement.
- Briefing, Debriefing, Interview of Masters & Deck Officers.
- Coordinate In-house training and testing of the seafarers
Qualification and Experience
- A degree qualified Engineer (any discipline)
- 10 years' management experience and business development with on-shore construction experience.
Special Requirement:
- Valid Medicals, BOSIET, HUET
