Function
- The individual will be responsible for managing the corporate finance function for the company.
- This will include bank and rating agency reporting, debt and swap portfolio analysis, modeling cash flows, and planning funding requirements.
- The position will require extensive internal and external communications with capital markets, banking, and accounting professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and Maintain Cash Flow, Debt Rating Model to ensure company’s overall financial objectives are met, financial structure is appropriate, and liquidity is ensured.
- Model Competitor Finances to enable senior management to compare results and financial structures.
- Research & evaluate Swap Strategies to minimize cost of capital expenses.
- Research & evaluate financing methods to minimize cost of capital expenses.
Qualification and Experience
- B.S. Accounting or Finance required.
- 8 years experience in the oil and gas industry
