Job Title: Asset Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Maintain a comprehensive record of all company assets, including equipment, vehicles, machinery, and other tangible assets.
• Coordinate the acquisition and disposal of assets, ensuring that procurement aligns with the company's needs and budget
• Monitor the depreciation of assets over time and ensure that assets are valued accurately on the company's financial statements.
• Develop and implement strategies for the entire lifecycle of assets, including maintenance, repair, and replacement planning.
• Keep accurate records of all products, goods, and materials in stock, ensuring that levels are maintained within acceptable thresholds.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Conduct regular assessments of inventory levels and asset values, identifying and addressing discrepancies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Knowledgeable in Excel
• Must know the standard relation to PPE, Inventory.
